Worth, Sarah Jane - 97,
Goshen, Guysborough County, formerly of Country Harbour,
died Wednesday in St. Mary's Hospital, Sherbrooke.
Born in Country Harbour, she was a daughter of the late
Henry and Emma (Mason) Mason. She is survived by three daughters,
Hilda (Mrs. James Jarvis), Cook's Cove; Ina (Mrs. William Clarke),
Country Harbour; Minnie (Mrs. Gordon Feltmate), Toronto;
six sons, Frank, Cook's Cove; Lambert, Timmins, Ont.; Maurice, Sherbrooke;
Walter, Country Harbour; George and Ross, both of Toronto;
54 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren;
seven great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased
by her husband, Henry Edward; two daughters, Muriel and Annie;
five sons, Stanley, Harry, Robert, Irving and Everett.
The body will be at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. Gordon Feltmate, Goshen, after 2 p.m. today.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Friday in Cross Roads
United Baptist Church Rev. Stanley Worth officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Cross Roads,
at a later date. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to St. Mary's Hospital Building Fund.
