CURTIS, Ida June -- 57, Aspen, Guysborough County,
died Thursday at home.
Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of Mary Gillis and the late Scott Cameron.
She was a resident of Montreal before moving to Aspen 32 years ago.
She was a registered nurse and for 16 years she worked as a nurse and superintendent in Sherbrooke Hospital.

For the past number of years she had been head of day surgery at St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish.
She was a member of Glenelg Presbyterian Church.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband Donald E.;
two daughters, Dr. Linda Curtis, Vancouver;
Cathy, Field, B.C.;
two grandchildren.
The body will be in H.W. Angus Funeral Home, Stillwater, Guysborough County, after 7 p.m. today.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday in Kirk Memorial United Church, Aspen, Rev. Jane Johnson officiating, assisted by Rev. Stephen Mills.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
