George Herman Bezanson
BEZANSON, George Herman - 87,
Ecum Secum, died June 10, 1995,
at home. Born in New Chester, Guysborough Co.,
he was a son of the late Judson and Sarah (Frost) Bezanson.
He drove a freight truck from Halifax to Liscomb for many years
and was a school bus driver with Guysborough County School Board
for 16 years, from where he retired.
He was a lifelong member of St. Barnabas Church,
Ecum Secum. Surviving are his wife, the former Anna Maude Salter;
son, Herman, Ecum Secum; brothers, Clarence, Frederick,
New Chester; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren;
a great-great-grandson; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a sister, Jessie; brother, Charles.
Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Ecum Secum Funeral Home.
Funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. Barnabas Church, Ecum Secum,
Rev. Gavin Dunbar officiating. Burial to follow
in church cemetery. Family flowers only.
