FOUGERE, John Wentworth - 74,
Boylston, died June 10, 1998, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish.
Born in Guysborough, he was a son of the late Norman and Nina (Peart) Fougere.
He was a veteran of the Second World War and served with
the RCAF Marine Division. He lived in Massachusetts for a number of years
where he was employed with Swank Inc., Attleboro, Mass.
Upon retirement in 1988 he returned to Boylston.
He was a member of St. Ann's Parish, Guysborough,
and the Chedabucto Curling Club. Surviving are his wife,
the former Marion MacDougall; daughters, Violet Mooney, Dianna Kingsford, Attleboro, Mass.;
brother, Gerald, Guysborough; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by sister, Lillian MacDonald. Funeral was Sunday in St. Ann's Church,
Guysborough, Rev. Alan MacPhie officiated. Burial in the parish cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations to St. Ann's Parish building fund or any charity.
