Arthur MacLean Sutherland

SUTHERLAND, Arthur MacLean - 97,
Sherbrooke, formerly of Cross Roads, Country Harbour, died Monday
in St. Mary's Memorial Hospital, Sherbrook.
Born in Country Harbour, he was a son of the
late Robert and Elizabeth (McKeen) Sutherland.
He was a member of Cross Roads United Baptist Church,
Sunset Rest Senior Citizens Club, Cross Roads,
Country Harbour and a retired woodsman. He is survived
by four daughters, Gladys (Mrs. John Sinclair), Dartmouth,
Doris (Mrs. Paul Hickey), Burlington, Ont.; Joan (Mrs. William Ward),
Grangeville, N.B.; Glenda (Mrs. Howard Cameron), Goshen;
a son, Alex, Goshen; 21 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, the former Lois Mason;
two sons, Harry, Gerald; eight brothers, Gordon, Edwin,
Stanley, Peter,; three sisters, Ellen, Mary, Sadie.
The body is in Cross Roads United Baptist Church,
visiting 7-9 p.m. tonight, where funeral will be 2 p.m.
Thursday, Rev. Walter Dueck and Bob and Lola Mather-Dyer officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Cross Roads.
Donations may be made to Cross Roads United Baptist Church or Evergreen Cemetery Fund.
