Harry Lawrence Sutherland

SUTHERLAND, Harry Lawrence - 63,
Cross Roads, Country Harbour, Guysborough County, died Sunday at home.
Born in Cross Roads, he was a son of Arthur MacLean and the late
Lois (Mason) Sutherland. He spent most of his working life as an awning installer
for Selkirk Awnings of Toronto. He also worked
as a seaman on the Great Lakes and in the forestry industry.
He is survived by a brother, Alex, Goshen, Guysborough County;
four sisters, Gladys (Mrs. Jack Sinclair), Dartmouth; Doris (Mrs. Paul Hickey),
Burlington, Ont.; Joan (Mrs. William Ward), Grangeville, N.B.;
Glenda (Mrs. Howard Cameron), Goshen; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Gerald.
The body is in Cross Roads United Baptist Church,
where funeral will be 2 p.m. today,
Robert and Lola Mather-Dyer and Rev. Sheila Mac Culloch-Taylor officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Cross Roads.
