Sonora - Edgar Dort,
86, of Sonora, Guysborough County,
died in St. Mary's Hospital, Sherbrooke.
Born in Peacebrooke, Guysborough County, he was a son of
the late Ira Edgar and Charity Dort.
He was a fisherman most of his life
and lived in Sonora for the past 46 years.
His is survived by his wife, the former
Marion Vivian Pride, a daughter Joy,
Sonora; a son Ira, Port Bickerton; a sister
Mrs Carrie Pyle, Boylston; a brother Lohnes,
Peacebrook and five grandchildren.
He was predeceased by 4 sisters.
Funeral service at Calvary Faith Church, Sonora.
Burial in Sonora Cemetery.
