Aldridge S. Jamieson, Peas Brook:
died Oct 15 in Canso Memorial Hospital.
The funeral was held Wed. Oct. 17,
at St. James Anglican Church, Half Way Cove.
He was born in Peas Brook, and was the son of
Alexander and Cynthia (Feltmte) Jamieson.
He is survived by four sons, Sylvester and Wayne,
Peas Brook; Aubrey, Half Way Cove; Douglas, Queensport;
two daughters Marie (Mrs Allison Fitzgerald), Halifax; Emma
(Mrs Wendell Baker,) Dartmouth; a brother Edison, New Glasgow,
three sisters, Leata Williams, Arizona; Edna Williams
and Isabel Murphy, both of Halifax.
He was predeceased by his wife,
the former Hilda Murphy, three brothers,
William, Allan and Charlie, two sisters,
Frances and Edith. Pallbearers were his grandsons
Paul, Thane, Dean, Craig and Francis Jamieson,
Robert and Derrick Baker.
