Aubrey Ansel Kaiser

Pictou - Aubrey Ansel Kaiser, 60,
15 Parkwood Acres, Pictou, formerly of Port Bickerton,
died Tuesday in Sutherland Harris Memorial Hospital, Pictou.
Born in Bickerton West, he was a son of
Rhoda (Mailman) Kaiser, Sherbrooke, and the late Ainslie Kaiser.
Prior to moving to Pictou in 1968,
he worked as a commercial fisherman in the Port Bickerton area,
later being employed by the Department of Fisheries, Pictou,
as an instructor of nets and gear and M.E.D.
He was a member of the Pictou Lions Club;
New Caledonia Curling Club, Pictou;
St. Paul's Anglican Church, Port Bickerton.
He is survived by his wife, the former Nora Sangster;
a son, Ronald, Pictou; four daughters,
Barbara (Mrs. Larry Archibald) Glenelg, Guysborough County;
Jo-Ann, Halifax; Bonnie-Lou,( Mrs. Lynn Kennedy), Abercrombie;
April Hawkins, Halifax; four brothers, Lionel, New Glasgow;
Wallace, Blair and Buddy, all of Port Bickerton;
two sisters, Laura (Mrs. Wesley Kaiser), Stillwater;
Orpha (Mrs. Banfield Parsons), Port Bickerton; four grandchildren.
The body is in McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou,
and will be transferred to St. Paul's Anglican Church, Port Bickerton,
where visiting will be 7 p.m. today and funeral service
will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Rev. Greg MacMullin officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
