Ethel Augusta Taylor

Port Bickerton - Ethel Augusta Taylor, 78,
Port Bickerton, Guysborough County died Monday at home.
Born in Port Bickerton, she was a daughter of
the late Otto and olivia (Meisner) Hiltz.
She was postmistriss in Port Bickerton for 35 years
until her retirement. She was a member of
Port Bickerton Gospel Hall. She is survived
by a daughter Lily (Mrs. Joseph MacLellan),
Yarmouth; three sons, Guy, Dartmouth; Harvey, Port Bickerton;
and Wayne, Timberlea; four brothers, Burnell, Wilfred
and Reginald, all of Port Bickerton; and Leslie,
Ottawa; four sisters, Margaret Welsby, Halifax; Lucy (Mrs. Everett Corkum)
Port Bickerton; Winnifred (Mrs. Douglas MacDonald)
Mississauga Ontario; and Kathleen (Mrs. Stanley Sidwell) Ontario;
12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest;
a son, Dwight Bernard, and a daughter, Judith Carolyn.
The body will be in Port Bickerton Gospel Hall
after 2 p.m. today, funeral will be 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Brother Albert Ramsay officiating.
Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Port Bickerton.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made
to Hillside Cemetery Fund.
