GLENELG -- Ernest W. Jordan, 80,
of Glenelg, died Saturday in St. Mary's Hospital, Sherbrooke.

Born in Glenelg, he was the son of the late Thomas and Maria (Smith) Jordan.

He was a member of Glenelg Presbyterian Church and was a veteran of the First and Second World Wars. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 48, Sherbrooke.

Surviving are his wife, the former Pearl MacIntosh;
a sister, Myrtle (Mrs. Kenneth MacDonald), Westville; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by three sisters and a brother.

The body is at H.W. Angus Funeral Home, Stillwater.
Funeral service will be held today at 4 p.m. in Glenelg Presbyterian Church, Frank Canning officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery, Aspen.
