David Andrew Armsworthy of 297 Fuller Terrace
died last evening at his home. He was 86.
Born in Halfway Cove, Guysborough County,
he was the son of the late
Mr and Mrs Isaac Armsworthy.
His wife, Charlotte, predeceased him.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs Mildred Brennan,
Lower Woods Harbor, Shelburne County;
Alice (Mrs Weldon Hubley,) Seabright; Amy (Mrs Howard Grover),
Halifax; a step daughter, Laura (Mrs Fred Harris),
Whitehead,Guysborough County, and a step-son,
John Shrader, Canso; also several grandchildren
and great grandchildren. The body will be forwarded
today from Snow's funeral home to Canso
for funeral service Monday at 2 pm
at Canso United Church.
Interment will be in Union Cemetery.
