Pace, Mabel Catheryn - 68,
3607 Albert Street, Halifax, died July 10, 1996,
in the Halifax Infirmary. Born in Ecum Secum West,
she was a daughter of the late John and Estelle (Turner) Pye.
She is survived by her husband Charles, Halifax;
daughters, Carol (Mrs. Owen Ritcey), Dartmouth; Barbara (Mrs. Kenneth Morrison), Bedford;
grandchildren, Rick Helpard, Sackville, Halifax Co.; Frank Parker, Halifax;
Anne Parker, Bedford; great-granddaughter, Jessica Muise Helpard, Halifax;
brothers, Stanley, Sonora, Guys. Co.; Ira, Sherbrooke;
Elias, Chezzetcook; John, Westphal; sisters, Nellie, (Mrs. Jack Laing),
Mary Heiland, Halifax; Evelyn LeBlanc, Cape Breton;
Doreen Kelly, Victoria, B.C. She was predeceased by
brothers, Newton, Lorne, Chester; sisters, Edith, Thelma, Marion.
Visitation will be from 7-9 tonight in Atlantic Funeral Home,
6552 Bayers Road, Halifax. Memorial service 1 p.m.Friday
in St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Marie Joseph,
Rev. David Curry officiating. Urn burial to follow
in St. Matthew’s Cemetery. Donations may be made
to St. Matthew’s hurch, Marie Joseph.
