Aulenback, Leita H. - 95,
Sherbrooke, died February 10, 2000, at home in Oceanview Manor, Eastern Passage. Born in Sherbrooke, she was the last surviving member of her immediate family. A member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Liscomb Branch 86. She loved knitting, gardening, cards and bingo. Surviving are daughters, Edith Fisher, Dartmouth; Jeanette Hall, Mount Uniacke; sons, Carvel Cluney, Lunenburg; Kenneth Cluney, Bedford; Wesley Cluney, London, Ontario; 22 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, Sidney Cluney, second husband, Glen Aulenback; daughter, Irvis (Dit) Wood; sons, Frederick Cluney, Raymond Cluney; four children in infancy. Visitation today 2-4, 7-9, funeral Saturday 11 a.m., Rev. David Garrett officiating, both in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, Portland Street Dartmouth. Remains will be transferred to Sherbrooke Funeral Home, visitation 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Sunday, burial to follow at 2 p.m. in Riverside Cemetery, Sherbrooke. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or I.W.K. Grace Health Centre.
