MELROSE, Guysborough County --
Bessie L. Horton, 73, of Melrose,
and formerly of Shubenacadie,
died Wednesday in St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish.

Born in Shubenacadie, she was a resident of Melrose for the past 15 years.

She was an adherent of Kirk Memorial United Church, Glenelg.

Surviving are two sisters,
Mrs. Millie MacDonald and Miss Lillian Andrews, both of Truro.

She was predeceased by her husband Hal and several sisters and brothers.

The body will be in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, Stillwater, after 7 p.m. Thursday.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday in Kirk Memorial United Church, Glenelg,
Rev. Keith Lewis officiating, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Aspen.
