HADLEY, Wallace Ellsworth - 80, Milford Haven Home for Special Care, Guysborough, formerly Middle Melford, Guysborough, Co., October 17, 1998, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in Hadleyville, Guysborough Co., he was the son of the late Howard F. and Mildred (Myers) Hadley. He was a member of the Hadleyville United Church. Surviving are sons, Douglas, Ayr, Ont.; Bob, Hampton, Ont., sisters, Eva (Mrs. Absalom Abbott), River Bourgeois, Mrs. Iona Dodds, Truro; Edna (Mrs. Hubert Toole), Middle Manchester, six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Abbie Hadley. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday, all in Hadleyville United Church, Rev. David Wheeler officiating. Burial in Church Cemetery. Donations to Milford Haven Home for Special Care or Ladies Auxiliary, Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Arrangements entrusted to Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough.
