KEATING, George Francis - 87, Milford Haven Nursing Home, Guysborough, formerly of Mulgrave, died November 10, 1998, in the home. Born in Mulgrave, he was a son of the late William A. and Elizabeth (Jones) Keating. He was a member of St. Lawrence Parish, Mulgrave, and a member of Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 37, Mulgrave. He was a former employee of the CNR. Surviving are sister, Agnes Keating, New Glasgow; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Joseph (Joe), William R. (Bill), James (Bud); sisters, Freda, Ellen (Nel), Bridget (Rita), Mary, Marion. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Mulgave and Area Resting Place. Funeral 11 a.m. Friday in St. Lawrence Church, Mulgrave, Rev. Hugh MacNeil officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Donations to Mulgrave and Area Resting Place. Arrangements entrusted to W. J. Whitty Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury.
