MRS. BYRON BENIGHT
Wine Harbour, Aug. 16. The death of Mrs. Byron Benight occurred here on Wednesday evening Aug. 2nd, after an illness of a few months’ duration.
The late Mrs. Benight was formerly Marjorie Hartling, daughter of Mr. Roland Hartling and the late Mrs. Hartling, of Jedore, and was 22 years of age. She came here to live following her marriage three years ago. During that time she spent a few months at Kentvile Sanitarium, and although in failing health for the past few months, her death came as a shock to the people of this community.
She leaves to mourn their loss her husband and twin boys, William and Goerge; also her father, step-mother, one sister, Eva, and one brother, Douglas, one half-sister Betty, and two half-brothers, Harold and William.
Dr. Burns conducted the funeral service. Interment was made in Wine Harbour Cemetery.
