MRS. HARRY FLICK
Drum Head, Feb. 15 – Margaret Evelyn, wife of Harry A. Flick, passed away at the home of her daughter, Miss Geraldine Flick, Halifax on February 1, 1965. She was the daugher of the late Leonard and Lavina (Maskill) Hirtle and was in her 82nd year. She was a member of the Lutheran Church, Mahone Bay. After leaving Mahone Bay she lived in Halifax then moved to Drum Head where she spent the remainder of her life with the exception of a few months these past few winters which she spent with her daughter Geraldine in Halifax. She was a charter member of L.O.B.A. She was also a member of the W.I.N.S. She leaves to mourn, besides her husband, three daughters, Geraldine, Halifax; Joy (Mrs. Osborne Manthorne), Seal Harbour; Nellie (Mrs. Alfred Davidson), Ottawa; three sons, Lloyd, Isaac’s Harbour; Winston, Halifax; Orland, Hamilton one brother Orland Hirtle, Vancouver. She was predeceased by a sister, two brothers and one daughter. Funeral service was conducted by Lic David Smith at the Seal Harbour Baptist Church. The L.O.B.A. held a Memorial service at the conclusion of the funeral service. Interment was in the family lot at Hillside Cemetery, Seal Harbour. Red Divider
