Hughie H. Rossong
Funeral was held Sunday for Hughie Howard Rossong ,39,
in Star of the
Sea Church, Canso,
with burial in the church cemetery. He died June
10.
He was a son of Blanche Rossong and the late John Rossong
of Hazel
Hill, and was a fisherman most of his life.
He is also survived by his wife Olive;
two children, Eddie and Kathy,
both of Bickerton;
five brothers, Junior and Bobby, both of Hazel Hill;
Jimmie, Canso; Freddy and Francis, both of Antigonish;
four sisters, Mary
(Mrs. Colin MacIssac), Auburndale, Mass.;
Sophie (Mrs. Mike Gottschall),
Antigonish; Theresa (Mrs. Sid Dewar),
Sioux Ste. Marie, Ont., and Kaye
(Mrs. Ackie MacPherson), Antigonish.
