KEITH, Everett Wallace - 86, Country Harbour,
died March 22, 1998, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish.
Born in Stellarton,
he was a son of the late Frederick Keith and Mildred (Price)(Keith) Porter.
In his younger days, the was employed as a miner in Ontario and Guysborough County.
He was also a retired businessman, having operated a trucking business and
a small convenience store in Country Harbour.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his wife, the former Dorothy Hudson;
sons, Gary, Wade, Country Harbour;
Jackie, Upper South River;
daughters, Nina Hayne, Shirley (Mrs. Robert Bryden), Country Harbour;
half-brother Raymond Porter, Country Harbour;
half-sisters, Elsie (Mrs. John Silver) Isaacs Harbour;
Doris (Mrs. Lorne Langley) Country Harbour;
17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by son, Frederick; daughters, Laura, Carrie, Carol;
brother, George; sisters, Thelma, Carrie.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in G.W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour.
Memorial service 2 p.m. Wednesday in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Country Harbour,
Rev. Mark Kingsbury officiating.
Burial in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Country Harbour.
Family flowers only. Donations to Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
