TRAFALGAR -- Ethel Ellen MacLean, 96, of Valley View Villa, Riverton, formerly of Trafalgar, Guysborough County died this morning in the villa.
Born in Caledonia, she was a daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. John MacQuarrie.
She was a resident of Trafalgar most of her life and was a guest of Valley View Villa for the past four years. She was also a member of the Calvary Temple Church. She was a member of the MacQuarrie Clan Organization.
She is survived by two sons,
William, Hopewell;
James, Alma
Three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
Two sisters;
Mrs. Betty Akerleay, Fredericton;
Mrs. Clara Bodington, St. John, N.B.
She was predeceased by her husband, John William MacLean;
A brother, James, a sister, Agnes Fraser.
Her remains are resting in H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton,
With visiting from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later time.
