ALMA -- James G. (Jimmy) MacLean, 75, of Alma, died
Tuesday, June 14, 1994, in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Westville on Nov. 17, 1918, he was a son of the late John W. and
Ethel (MacQuarrie) MacLean.
He lived in Alma for some 25 years and owned and operated a vegetable stand in
Alma for some 20 years.
He was a member of the Salem Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, the former
Margaret Cote; three daughters,
Anne Royles and Eunice Tupper both of Trenton; and
Brenda Barnett, Rothesay, N.B.; a step-son,
Delbert Michaud, Island East River; a borther,
Willie H., Hopewell; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a step-daughter, Mae Brow.
His remains will rest at the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton, with visiting from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday.
Funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Salem Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in the Pioneer Cemetery, Trafalgar.
