NEWTOWN - Angus Hugh Cameron, 74, of Newtown, Guysborough County
died Thursday in St. Mary's Hospital, Sherbrooke.
Born in Newtown, he was a son of the late David and Jessie (Ireland) Cameron.
He lived in Newtown all his life,
and was a member of Zion Presbyterian Church, East River St. Mary's.
He was a well known farmer and lumberman,
and operated Cameron Brothers Lumber Mill in Newtown with his brother Irwin.
Surviving are two sisters, Ruth and Jean, both of Newtown;
two nieces and one nephew.
He was predeceased by a sister Nellie (Mrs. C.E. Sissons), a brother Erwin, and a foster brother, Frank Mackay.
The body is in H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Zion Presbyterian Church, East River St. Mary's,
with burial in Newtown Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Newtown Cemetery or any charity.
