William C. Taylor Dies At Cook Cove

Cook Cove - William C. Taylor passed away here Jan.24,
at the age of 61.
He was a son of the late Charles and Mahalia Taylor.

Mr. Taylor followed the trade of his father
and was a land surveyor and forest ranger for many years
except while he served with the Canadian Army overseas
during World War I.

He is survived by his widow, the former Nettie Spanks,
and two daughters, Beatrice(Mrs. Morley Dort),
and Marion(Mrs. Fred Dort); and two sons,
Harold and Earl; all of Cook's Cove;
three sisters, Mamie(Mrs. Charles Whitman), Betty(Mrs. Harry George),
and Florence(Mrs. Harry Hamilton) of Cambridge, USA.
One son and two sisters predeceased him.
