Doris Louise DesBarres
DESBARRES, Doris Louise - 91,
Melville Heights, Halifax, passed away March 2, 2005,
at home. Born in Montreal, she was a daughter of the late
Victor Sidney Richard and Bertha Louise (Marcotte) Rice.
She is survuved by brothers, Victor M. Rice, Calgary, Alta;
Lorne A. Rice, Florida and Ontario.;
several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by
her husband, Wing Commander William Frederick Clyde DesBarres;
sister, Violet; brothers, J. Donald and Kenneth.
No visitation by request.
Cremation has taken place.
Graveside service will be held at a later date.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Guysborough.
Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of J.A. Snow Funeral Home,
2666 Windsor St., Halifax.
