MABEL GERTRUDE MATHESON--73, Falmouth,
died Friday in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor.
Born in Tor Bay, Guysborough County, she was a daughter of the late
Albert and Hattie (Gammon) Gammon.
She is survived by her husband, Donald;
two daughters, Shirley (Mrs. Bruce Redden), Waverley;
Donna (Mrs. Ron Hartt), Windsor Forks;
seven sons, John, David, Lloy and Doug,
all of Falmouth; Ronnie, Scarborough, Ont.; Terry, Mount Uniacke;
Paul, Windsor; a sister, Stella (Mrs. Lewis McLean),
and a brother, Nelson, both of Truro; 26 grandchildren;
six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister,
Elva Williams; a brother, Alfred. The body is in
Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home. Funeral will be
3 p.m. Sunday in Falmouth Baptist Church,
Rev. Greg Denton officiating. Burial will be
in Centre Falmouth Cemetery.
