CECIL S. WHIDDEN

STILLWATER – Cecil Silver Whidden, 47,
died March 18 following a drowning incident.

Born in Stillwater, he was a son of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Whidden.

He was an employee of the department of highways.

Surviving besides his wife, the former Mary Legge,
are: two daughters, Diane and Susan, both at home;
two sons, Keith, Halifax; Calvin, Wolfville;
two sisters, Phyllis (Mrs. Morris Verge) and Mrs. Ethyl Gallagher
both of Halifax; three brothers, Basil, Stillwater;
Morris, Dartmouth; Fred, Goderich, Ont.

The body is at Veinotte's Funeral Home, Sherbrooke.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday
in Campbell Memorial Church. Burial will be in Waternish Cemetery.
