KAISER, MARIA GENEVA --94,
McKaracher’s Nursing Home, Sherbrooke,
formerly of Port Bickerton; died Tuesday in Sherbrooke.
Born in Port Bickerton, she was a daughter of the late
Herbert Owen and Sevilla (Hiltz) Rudolph.
She was a member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Port Bickerton,
and the Ladies Aid. She is survived by a son,
Havlock, Antigonish; a daughter, Ella (Mrs. Clyde Horton),
Bickerton West; two sisters, Delilah (Mrs. Elma Mattatall),
Pugwash; Annie (Mrs. John H. Milbury), Sherbrooke;
16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren;
two great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Stillman J. Kaiser;
three brothers, Walter, Daniel and Alexander;
two sisters, Blanche Garrison and Margaret Johnson.
The body is in St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Port Bickerton,
visiting 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral service will be
2 p.m. Friday in the church, Rev. Gregory McMullin officiating.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made
to St. Mary’s Hospital building fund.
