LET HIS LIGHT SHINE

Though once we walked in darkness, now we're children of the light,
And we are letting His Light Shine to brighten up the night.

We're joined by bonds of fellowship, and tender, family care;
And we are blessed abundantly by all the things we share.

Whenever we have prayer requests, we simply make them known,
And many faithful warriors lift our needs before the throne.

We welcome each new member, and remember special days,
And through our chats we show our love, and give the Lord the praise.

We're growing closer to the Lord by studying His Word,
And learning of the power He gives, with strength to undergird.

We know a blessing waits for us whenever we're on-line,
And so we share the love of Christ as we "Let His Light Shine!"

A Poem for Let His Light Shine Webring

You were one of the first groups to come into my life
And you came ever so softly shining His Light
Your love overwhelmed me with each email I received
Your welcome gifts surprised me I didn't know this
would be.

You are willing to Let His Light Shine each and every day
Your words of comfort help to bless me in every way
Such Friends like this I didn't know I would find
Your hearts are so open and ever so kind.

His Word tells us to let His Light shine Bright
Not to hide it under a bushel but to shine with all
your might
You have chosen to be a group committed to His command
His Light shines right through you when you reach out
our hand

Through tears and joy you seem to always be there
To offer your love and let others know you care
You make sure every day that all is okay
And if it is not you offer to pray.

His Love will flow continually as you so brightly shine
And many He will bring because He is on your mind
I am thankful for the brightness you have shared with me
And I pray we will all remain close right through to
eternity.
