Vivisection = MurderAnimal testing is done all over the world today, just as it always was. Animal Rights activists fight every day to stop it. It has a cruel, awful name.. it's called, Vivisection. Vivisection is the awful study of products on animals. And, just so you know, products are not only tested on rabbits, mice, and guinea pigs. Proctor and Gamble test their products on cute little puppies (beagles), cats, monkeys...and so many more. The helpless animals are forced to ingest cleaning products, soap is dropped into their eyes, and their soft sensitive skin is burned.
Is this really all done for the benefit of humans? - Well, that was the original intent. But, after many years of research, many companies realized that they didn't have to test their products on animals, and what really would be beneficial is that animals be safe, and unharmed by humans. And that's where "Cruelty-Free" came from.
It is extremely important that people recognize and realize the pain and suffering that these animals are put through. Their lives in the hands of a scientist, their lives taken by your household products every minute of every day... before they reach your home. Every bottle of Mr. Clean that you purchase, I hope you realize that the lives of helpless creatures were taken away just so your floors will shine for a couple of days. Please read the labels, go Cruelty-Free! And say 'To Hell with Proctor & Gamble!!'
