Every year, Beautiful Asian Celebrities 2000 will hold its Year-End Hottest! Asian Celebrities Annual Voting. Its purpose is to recognize some of the desireable, most talented and beautiful stars of its time. Fans will get a chance to nominate any artist that they feel deserve the title. All result will be publish in November.
Nomination Rules
This Year Hottest 10:
Select up to 10 celebrities that you think deserve a recognition for the year 2000 achievement. Your 10 favorites must done or involve in 1 or more of the following: movie, TV serie, album in 2000. In general, any celeb that you feel are memorable in 2000 and are worth mentioning.
For all other category, any celebrity are acceptable.
All nominations must be within the asian entertainment circle.
All nominations are due on November 3rd, 2000.
If you're nominating artist with the same name as the others, please be sure to also include their last name, and if needed, include their full name. Case 1: Please do not just type "Andy" when there are more than one "Andy". Type in his last name also. Case 2: For Maggie Cheung, their are 2 "Maggie Cheung" , so please include her full name.
If you're nominating a member from a group, please also indicate the group he/she is from.
Example: Kang Ta (H.O.T)
Please note: This nomination ballot is I.P. cgi-bin address enable. That mean, 1 ballot per computer used. Once you press "send", you're no longer able to make anymore nomination for this year. The system will be able to recognize multiple nominations, despite of different address used. All multiple nominations will be disregard. Thank You.
What's the difference between nominations and voting?
I'd received tons of emails with the same confusion. Sorry if I didn't make it clear. The reason I'd entitled this a "nomination" ballot is because you are able to select any stars you want. Unlike voting, you will be limited and can only pick from a specific celebrities.
How do you calculate this ballot?
Once you nominate an artist, their name will be put into the computer. But if their names are already listed, your star will be add another vote to their present score.
Is this voting system fair? What's I.P. cgi-bin address enable? Can peoples cheat?
Yes, this system is 98.9% fair. Because its enable by the I.P cgi-bin, that is: this ballot counts by computers and not just your internet access pin. Because your internet access pin will change everytime you log on, while your computer pin will always remain the same. It's only 98.9% accurate because many fans will use different computer to vote.
