About Us Troop 466 has been continuously serving the youth of Sunnyvale and Cupertino since 1958. In 1972, Mr. Norm Ehman became the scoutmaster for 25 years. When he took the position in 1972, he said "I'll take the position until we find someone." and it took 25 years to find our current scoutmaster, Mr. Ron Lamica. Today, we currently have 68 scouts. Our senior patrol leader is Life scout Steven Sulgit. We have 8 patrols (listed on the patrols page.) We have a very successful program, and we have 100 Scouts that have achieved Eagle rank. It's for this reason that we call ourselves the Eagle Makers. Troop 466 has the tradition of being "Scout-run," where the Scouts plan and execute the meetings and activities themselves.
