Well, it is the new millenium, and there is absolutley nothing different from last year or the year before. Except maybe that the computer geeks who spent hours upon hours worrying and complaining about the Y2K bug have now finally shut the hell up and are hanging their head in shame of all the commotion they caused. There has been alot of wonderful T.V. on lately especially the top 99 of 99 on MTV. I find this show particullarly interesting becuase the videos they featured where as expected, pop culture dominated. Except when it came time to go to commercial or come back, they flashed a lenny clip from his video, I guess that the pop culture can not live up to the expectations we have from leaving our precious tv show so we need a video or piece of music to ease us into the manipulation to come from the commercials. As much as I love my Lenny, it just didn't do it for me, I think I could have used a bit of The BSBs to get me into my commercial mood. Grrr, when will these MTV folks see that Lenny Kravitz can not be used for backup music for the Real World or warning us of commercial time basically saying that, "Okay you can go to the bathroom or get some food now." I'm sorry I don't know what I am saying, I am bitter and I have a headacke, I am going back to bed...In the end, I do have to admit it was really fun...
