MARIN FIELD HOCKEY CLUB

ABOUT THE CLUB
Marin Field Hockey Club fields two teams in the Bay Area Field Hockey Association(BAFHA). Our players are international in background and have varied skill levels. We also have women on our teams. We welcome all new players of every skill level. We maintain mailing lists to inform our members about weekly practices, pickup games, upcoming tournaments and changes to the league schedule. UNIFORMS: Both Marin teams wear dark green shirts, white shorts and white socks. To see team photos from the 2001 season, visit the Namdar Home Page.

Marin FHC practices at the Kleeberger Field in Berkeley and plays BAFHA league games at UC Berkeley and Stanford.

ABOUT OUR LEAGUE
Our league, the Bay Area Field Hockey Association(BAFHA), is comprised of five clubs in addition to Marin FHC (Cal-UC Berkeley, Sacramento, Yuba, San Francisco, and Palo Alto). The league season runs from February through May with a lighter game schedule during the summer months.

DIRECTIONS TO GROUNDS
Kleeberger Field
Marin trains at the Kleeberger Field in Berkeley on most Friday evenings. We also play the majority of our outdoor league games at Kleeberger. The Kleeberger Field is located beside the Cal Bears football stadium on the UC Berkeley campus. Directions to Kleeberger Field, Berkeley

Belmont
Marin also plays in BAFHA's indoor league on Saturdays, at 120-B Sem Lane in Belmont (telephone 415-595-1303). Directions to 120-B Sem Lane, Belmont

Stanford

MEMBERSHIP
All members need to pay Marin dues, be a member of USFHA, and sign the BAFHA waiver.
