Chris Tomlin- this web-site is great... it got a makeover, but the content underneath is still pretty good...
Delirious- super cool music, and good lyrics
FFH- good variety in styles, tight harmonies, and up-front lyrics
The Imperials- definitely a favorite group... I attended their concert a couple years ago, and it was awesome.
Steven Curtis Chapman- his lyrics and style are simple, but cool
Twila Paris- I like her songs a lot... there are MIDI files of a few of her songs on my
MIDI page.
THE LESSER KNOWN ARTISTS:
Anthony Skinner- okay, he's not really a lesser known... he's done some stuff in Nashville and stuff, but he's a local artist, and i didn't have a picture for him so he's stuck being lesser known here. he played at a local JD4U concert last August, and was pretty good. Contemporary Worship style much like Chris Tomlin and other SixSteps artist/worshippers.
Blue Eyed Abrasion- a local Christian rock band; one sample mp3, It's Over
Flux- another local Christian rock/worship band. Not much on their site, but in concert they're comparable to the SixSteps guys.
Huckleberry Flint- a local bluegrass band. This group is one of the best bands in the area. These talented Christian musicians really show their love for music, people, and God. They generate quite a crowd with their fiddling, bluegrass, and French rap. . For more about them, read this
