When time has come for us to part,
I'll let you go with a heavy heart.
Losing you will make me sad,
I will miss your sweetness and the fun we had.
You are so very dear to me,
You have taught me much and let me be.
It's very hard on those left behind,
We suffer despair and helpless tears that blind.
You pass over into another time,
For lessons to learn of a special kind.
But we will all come together one day,
To sing and dance or just laugh and play.
So with a heavy heart I pray,
Rest in Gods hands as he shows you the way.
