While there he married Anna Walpurga KOERBER in 1750 at Yorktown, York Co., PA. She was born 13 Dec 1734 Nr.Lancaster, Lancaster, PA and died in 1774 at Friedberg, NC. they had a son, Joseph born 1768.

Joseph PFAFF was born 19 Feb 1768 Yorktown, York Co., PA and died 19 Feb 1816 Bethania, NC. He married Anna Rosina HEGE on 12 July 1791 at Bethania, Stokes Co., NC. She was born 02 July 1769 Bethania, Forsyth Co., NC and died 07 Jan 1805 Bethania NC. They had the following son, Peter Hege born 1797/98.

Peter Hege PFAFF was born 06 Jan 1797 Stokes Co, NC and died 01 June 1875. He married Leah KELLY 17 Aug 1819 Stokes Co., NC. She was born 30 Sept 1800 Stokes/Forsyth Co., NC. They had the following son, J. Spencer born 1823/24.

She is listed on the 1880 census of Crawford Co., AR with him. She is 36 years born KY. The following are also listed on that census, Mary Jane 34 years born MS (note the ages of Millie and Mary), Ellen 21 years born MS, William 18 years born KY Margaret 16 years born KY, (this is where the mother of the children changes to Millie), James 6 years born KY, Francis 3 years born KY, Peter 1 year born KY. Also in the home are Jacob age 13, born KY and Nancy age 12 born IN last name of HARMON--they are listed as stepson and stepdaughter. Also in the home is Marion PFAFF 12 years born KY--she is listed as J.S. PFAFF's granddaughter.

NOTE:Was Mary Jane a widow? She is listed as single. I believe this Marion Pfaff to be Mollie, Mary Jane's daughter. Anyone know for sure?
