THE JICKLING JOURNAL
March 2005: Thank
you to all who have been in touch during this difficult time. If you want to
know more about Crohn's Disease, please visit one of my other sites: IBD Creative Outlet. Crohn's
does have a genetic element, so if any cousins out there have been diagnosed
with it I'd be interested in knowing. However, I suspect this came to me
from a different branch than the Jicklings. I'm much better now than a
year ago, and generally improving all the time. I'm still digging out
from the pile of domestic stuff that needs attention, and can't predict
when the long promised directory or the next Jickling Journal will materialize,
although goodness knows we have some wonderful researchers out there who continue
to provide great material! Please don't give up on the Journal. If you're
tired of waiting and want to take over the project, let me know!
Why no Journals since Summer 2001? Well, the editor has been seriously ill for most of that
time and is buried in a backlog of work even more important than the Jickling
Journal (believe it or not). When will publication resume? Good question. Don't
give up!
