Commoncents Management was founded by Grace Morioka in 1983.
Grace has attained a wide experience base managing both planned developments and condominiums in the Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties and the East Bay in Northern California.
A prolific writer, many articles written by Grace have been published in the Executive Council of Home Owners (ECHO) "Journal" and in the Bay Area Chapter CAI newsletter. Grace is also a member of the advisory panel for the San Jose Mercury News' Virtual Real Estate column, and articles written by Ms. Morioka appear in the Saturday edition of the paper.
In addition to writing, Grace has been a featured speaker at several CAI and ECHO conferences. She is a graduate of the Santa Clara University (B. S. in Commerce), with three years experience in the Certified Public Accounting industry before becoming a common interest development manager. Grace is a member of ECHO, a past member of CAI, and a past member of CACM where she attained the CCAM certification.
Presently, Grace is the principal owner and operator of Commoncents Management, and frequently consults with both homeowners associations and developers regarding new or existing CID projects.
