I woke up today and started washing my face and noticed my earing was missing. Then, as I was taking out the remaining earings, I noticed that the "missing" earing was still there! The stud had sunk into the hole and the hole closed! I had to go to Doctor's on Duty, spend 145 bucks to get them to give me a shot of local anesthsia and rip the earing out the other side. Grrr - next time I'll just get drunk and rip it out myself!!
