Chibi Usa, (Rini in the N.A. series) is, of course, the daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endomiyon. Rini lives in the 30th century with her parents in Crystal Tokyo until Neo-Queen Serenity sends her into present-day Tokyo to get Usagi's (Serena's) Silver Crystal. Serena goes into a hectic time with her family saying that Rini's her cousin, and Rini keeps on catching Serena at the worst times, yelling at Serena to give her the Crystal. At one point in time, the Negaverse captures Rini and turns her in to Wicked Lady. Wicked Lady goes against Sailormoon and the other Senshi until they convince her that she is loved, not like the so called "Wise Man" told her. Later in the series, the Senshi must go into the future to save Neo-Queen Serenity. Neo-Queen Serenity soon sends Rini back to the past to train with the rest of the Senshi.

I wonder if this is what Rini's gonna look like when she's older...
