Equity Center Goals and Purposes

The Equity Center has been established as a non-profit
organization dedicated to the reporting, education, and
promotion of Due Process.

In an effort to prevent the interference of the exercise,
or enjoyment, by any individual, or individuals, of rights
secured by the Constitution, the laws of the United States,
or the rights secured by the Constitution or laws of this state,
we have appeared.

The Department of Justice, the Attorney General, and other
agencies, commissions, task forces, and committees, as well as
churches, and other private parties are instrumental in
accomplishing the mission of the Equity Center.

Our first goal is to open and maintain communication with the
Governor's Office and those Agencies that effect substantial rights.

Secondly, educate those groups that are able to teach their
members and constituents of the importance and procedure of the
Due Process of Law.

Seminars, books, and tapes are available to educate people about
Law, Equity, and the Due Process of Law.

Your contribution to the Equity Center is essential to the
proclamation of the inalienable rights of the individual, that seems
to be eroding at an ever alarming rate.

Each member may receive an assignment agency, committee,
task force, etc., to be monitored, noticed, or conversed with as
required by the presented facts. Some members may work on the
“Court Report”, News Report, or Public Relations Committees.

All members will be responsible for being courteous, peaceful,
and righteous in all actions representing the Equity Center.
