I just wanted to send a note to say hello and thank you
for all of your work that you did on your show. I have been in the
resturaunt business for 16 years and you were a great
inspiration to all of my culinary beliefs. I hope
all is well with you and hope to possible see you end up on Emeral Lagassi's
show or one of your oun on Food Tv.
