It has been a few years now, hasn't it, since you left the air waves?  You
are missed to say the least.  I'm also retired, a United Methodist clergy guy
who loves to cook.  Your sessions were not simply lessons on how to cook but
more importantly why we cook...the many cultures you introduced to us made
cooking come alive in wonderful ways!  Thank you for that and for the
whimsical way you "entertained" us.  Being a Japanese-American I particularly
liked the way you presented Japanese cooking styles...and, of course,
sushi...mmmmm, good!

I trust that you are enjoying the peace you conferred on so many of us.
Thanks again!
