In Loving Memory

October 1959 - December 2002

Niki and I met when we were 11 years old. We started the 7th grade together and became best friends. When 8th grade ended she moved to Salnias Ca, but we remained friends. She was a very intelligent woman with a couple of college degrees. She was married 20 years ago to a wonderful man named Charlie. I was in her wedding, in a hot June day in Fresno Ca. Even when we didn't live close to each other we always knew we could call each other and talk about anything. Sometimes we would go months or a year and not talk, but on our birthdays in October we always talked to each other to wish each other a great birthday. Niki also had a lot of medical problems which lead to her death at the young age of 43 from a massive heart attack. I am still in shock even today that she is gone. So many times in the last 6 months I have wanted to talk to her about my life and let her know what I have been up to. I miss her so much, my heart still aches and I cry when I think about the beautiful, giving, loving and intelligent woman this world has lost. I know how hard this had been on me, but I cannot even imagine what it must be like for her family and specially her husband. Niki I love you still like the sister I never had and always will and if I ever get married you will be with me like I always wanted you to be, in spirit and in my heart.

September 1930 - January 2003

What can I say about my Uncle Bob? He was a great person with a wonderful sense of humor and everyone loved him. In his younger days he rode motorcycle with the Hells Angels, drove trucks, was a merchant marine and was a Pot smoker for most of his adult life. Yes my uncle the pot head haha. Alot of people who knew him called him hippie Bob, and yes he was a hippie. When he was young he was a real looker and the ladies loved him, well he was married 3 times haha. He never had any children which is probably a good thing! He passed away on the 5th of January 2003 after a long illness. It was a blessing, but we all miss his smile, laughter and love.
