* Shawn: Okay, we have the most info about him. Shawn is a Boston native who attened Lexington Public School thanks to the Metco program. The Metco program allowed Inner-city kids into suburban public school. It is rumored that Shawn is quite tallented and has a phenomenal voice. He has appeared in numerous high school productions. Fear not...the theatre is not where Shawns talents end. He is quite the athelte too. He was his High School's football team captain his senior year. Today he is at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a jazz vocalist for the group "Shaken Not Stirred." He also has a sister who is a high school sophomore.
* Veronica: One of the female members of this group. She comes to the show from UC Berkeley is California. Veronica is the kind of girl who seems to hide things from everyone...but actually lays everything out in the open. There was some dispute in her casting for the show, but in the end she was allowed to join the cast on the adventure. Veronica left behind a boyfriend to go on this trip. In numerous interviews she stated that she could not remain faithful to her boyfriend if chosen to go on this trip.
* Ayanna: Another female cast member who is very gutsy and an interesting attitude. Ayanna attend Howard University where she runs cross country. Ayanna admits that her university is mostly black and that she has never lived in close proximity with other whites. Some breaking news about Ayanna can be found in our news section.
*Yes: Another one of the male cast members. Yes is an asian american who goes to school at UC Berkeley. He comes from a family that has a strong family value. His mother was a stripper for 8 years and now advocates for stripper rights. Yes is a grafiti artist who tags for "beauty."
*Pawel: Born in Warsaw, Poland. Pawel came to America with his family in search of a better life. Upon arrival in America, his father did not work and as a result "is out of the picture." He attends NYU and majors in psychology. Pawel explains that the interview process to get on the show helped him deal with issues relating to the absence of his father--becasue it was the first time he had actually talked about it with other people.
*Pua: Pua is a native from Hawaii. She seems to be somewhat carefree and laidback. Pua is attending university for botany and enviornmental studies. She seems to be very earth conscious. She has a serious boyfriend that she considers to be her best friend.
