So this is where I'm supposed to tell you who I am and stuff. First off, you're probably askin' yourself, "Hey, self, what's with that little dude pushing the big ol' rock up there?" Well, that little dude would be me and the rock would be my life and responsibilities. So, if anyone has any ideas as to how I can keep that big ol' rock up, I'm open to suggestions. At least it hasn't crushed me yet.

OK... here goes the basic stuff:

I am currently 25 years old (as of Nov. 2003) and I recently started working as the Quality Assurance Specialist for the Call Center (Member Service, Sales and Loan Servicing) at RCCU.In the past I have worked as my church's secretary (development secretary, receptionist and whatever other job titles I went through there), as a peon at a civil engineering firm (the palms of my hands peeled from the amonia) and as a worker bee in a sweat shop dressing teddybears up like faires (it's true--- they're sold at the teddybear store in Knott's and at Market Night in Riverside if ya' wanna see them).More recently, I was a youth minister in Marin County and then taught my little sister at home for a year (random, I know).I also spend a lot of my time volunteering in my parish's Life Teen program, which I really really love.

Some things I like to do are go to concerts (although I haven't had much time to do so as of late), reading (I'm on to several spritual classics: Dark Night of the Soul, Interior Castle... and such), singing (I can now "accompany myself" on my beautiful guitar), kickin' it wit my homies, and spending money (now that I have some!). I'm at that age where I seem to be going to a lot of weddings (though I'm not in that "always a bridesmaid...thing, as I have never, in fact, been a bridesmaid).

In the 99-2000 school year I was "on the road" with NET (National Evangelical Teams) which is a missionary program that sends out teams of 18-30 year old to give retreats for youth all over the country. I absolutly loved it but at this point, don't see myself ever going back.
