From the President:

As you read this we are less than eight weeks away from our 2006 show. We will set up Friday evening, April 29, from 6:00 until 9:00 pm. The Show rooms will be open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday the 30th and 31st. We will close to the public on Sunday at 4:00 o’clock and begin take down and to load the truck to take our materials back to the Livermore warehouse. So please clear your calendars for the entire time because with our smaller membership we will need everyone. Plan to remove your trees promptly at 4:00pm so none are damaged in the hustle to clear the rooms and move the display tables and other materials.

We need to complete our list of display trees and donation trees as soon as possible so bring them to the meeting this month so Kay can review them and price the donation trees. Remember we need four donation and four display trees from each member.

Be sure you are signed up with the chairs of the committees so they can properly plan their schedules.

We do have a smaller membership this year but are confident that with everyone turning out, as they have done for the last two shows, we will be successful. Remember, a good show is one of the best means of attracting new members.
