Crabmeat Stuffed Flounder
  1. Sauté green onions, celery, onion, parsley in melted butter until soft.
  2. Add crabmeat. Stir and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
  3. Add bread crumbs, salt and peppers.
  4. Make long slit in flounder and stuff with the mixture. Place in lightly greased baking dish (stuffing side up).
  5. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dash of paprika. Dot with additional butter.
  6. Bake at 350° uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.

Can also add 1/2 pound boiled, peeled, deveined, and chopped shrimp when adding the crabmeat.
